How to retract a document
What does retracting a document mean?
It means that the file gets removed from the 'review list'. Usually because you are about to review it.
Why should I retract a chapter?
If you are writing a review please retract the chapter. Otherwise we can have two people review the same document. This is a mis-use of precious reviewer time, and causes a lot of work for the author.
How do I retract a document?
- If you are on the View page of the folder,
click on the Contents tab.
- Click on the file.
- Click on state > retract.
- The state will change to visible in the list on the Contents tab.
